Born inside the walls of a medieval clock tower.
In the heart of Nessebar — one of Bulgaria's most ancient cities — stands a clock tower that has marked time for centuries. Inside its walls, Chasovnika Winery was born in 1992.
We do not simply make wine. We make it in a place that remembers. Every bottle carries the warmth of the cellar, the stone of the old town, and the character of a winemaker who chose history over convenience.
