The Experience
A tasting experience across three levels.
The cellar unfolds vertically, each level offering something distinct. There is no prescribed route — the experience is yours to shape. Three levels. Three atmospheres. One continuous experience.
Entrance Level — The First Impression
Step through the gate of the old clock tower and into a space that separates itself immediately from the surrounding town. The entrance level introduces you to the cellar and the wines — a moment to arrive, look, and begin.
Cellar Level — The Heart of the Experience
Descend into the historic cellar and feel the shift in atmosphere. Stone walls that have stood for centuries surround a curated collection of wines — fruit wines, dry wines, blends, and herbal varieties — each one a product of this place. This is where most tastings happen.
Upper Level — The VIP Experience
The upper level of the tower is reserved for those who want a more private, more considered tasting. A quieter atmosphere, elevated service, and a view of the old town that is difficult to find elsewhere. Contact us to arrange.

We believe the only way to truly understand a wine is to taste it. That is why tasting is included as a natural part of any visit — not an add-on, not a paid service, simply what happens when you come in.
Our range includes over sixteen wines. You are welcome to taste as many as you like, ask questions, take your time, and leave with exactly what feels right — or simply with the memory of the experience.

Located inside the clock tower of Nessebar Old Town — a UNESCO World Heritage site — the building itself is part of the experience. Stone that has stood for centuries becomes the backdrop for every glass.
Open every day
The cellar is open from 10:00 to 22:00, every day of the year. Walk-ins are always welcome. No booking, no waiting list — just arrive.
Wines with character
Our selection includes wines that do not exist on most wine lists. Fruit wines, blends, herbal wines, and dry varieties — made with distinctiveness as the intention, not volume.
Award-referenced bottles
Our cellar includes bottles connected to internationally recognised competitions including AWC Vienna, Mundus Vini, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Decanter, and IWSC. Some wines arrive with history attached.
