Where We Ship
We currently ship to Bulgaria and across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly — we may be able to arrange delivery.
Shipping Rates — Bulgaria
Orders delivered within Bulgaria are charged a standard flat-rate shipping fee. Orders of 6 or more bottles ship free. This applies to any combination of wines — mix and match freely.

For orders delivered to European countries outside Bulgaria, a standard international shipping fee applies. Orders of 12 or more bottles ship free. No code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.
Delivery Times
Within Bulgaria, most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. For European destinations, delivery typically takes between 5 and 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and local postal conditions. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and delays caused by customs or carrier conditions are outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information. If you have questions about your order status, please contact us directly and we will assist you promptly.
Important Notes
All wines are packaged carefully to protect them during transit. Chasovnika Winery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of the packaging and the affected items.
